As we approach 2025, the business landscape is more data-driven than ever. Companies are leveraging technology to gain insights, streamline operations, and drive innovation. Among these technologies, process mining stands out as a critical tool for transforming how businesses operate. Process mining, once a niche practice, has now entered what many are calling a renaissance period — a revival driven by technological advancements, increased adoption, and a heightened awareness of its value.

2025 is poised to be a pivotal year in this renaissance, where process mining will move from being a valuable tool to an indispensable asset in the digital transformation arsenal. In this article, we’ll explore the factors leading to this renaissance, why 2025 marks a significant milestone, and what the future holds for process mining.
