Who am I?
According to my professional bio, I’m an accomplished business consultant with experience working with small and medium enterprises and state and local governments. This really means I worked in and loved the city and state government, but left because I dreaded the idea of an IT project that never fully delivers, never meets its ROI, and fails to meet expectations. While the public sector could be massively improved (like many industries) with innovative technology, there are generally limited incentives and motivation to make this a reality.
