I’m having a very similar experience! I left a job I loved last year with the hopes to dive into another startup poised for growth. But I quickly found out I and much of the staff had been fed a big load of crap. We were burning money fast and leadership wasn’t fixing anything. Eventually the 90% of the sales and marketing team was laid off.

Last year I had 4 job offers without ever even applying to a role. This year, applications are our there, but radio silence. I’ve been very fortunate to have side projects that okie always maintained.
