The hospitality industry has always been ahead of the curve when it comes to technological advancements. From contactless payment systems to automated customer service, hotels and restaurants have long been pioneers in digital transformation. But lately, technological advances have made it even more necessary for hospitality businesses to take advantage of digital transformation if they want to stay competitive. Let’s take a look at what digital transformation can do for your hospitality business.

First, they are looking for new abilities to meet new customers’ expectations and trends, such as mobile self-payment and food delivery. Second, they have struggled to hire since the Covid Recovery, and recent surveys show that the crisis is only worsening. In France alone, there are an estimated quarter-million vacancies, mostly in manual posts, including cleaning and wait staff.
